Business Development Manager / Agency / Rajkot

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel department, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel in the territory of Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot. Your key responsibilities and KPIs include: Agency Channel / POS Development: - Assist employees in sourcing/servicing POS Agents in accordance with the agreed mix and policy. - Develop Agency Channel/POS for the assigned location. - Coordinate with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conduct induction training and collaborate with the sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for POS. - Maintain the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS. - Develop and implement strategies to target various market segments. Agency Channel / POS Management: - Monitor Agent performance based on common variables such as Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintain a high active percentage of POS. - Control Attrition of POS Agents. - Ensure high productivity of the team and POS and maintain the right level of channel engagement with POS. Channel Servicing: - Reconcile partner accounts and coordinate with all departments for the same. Profitability: - Analyze various market dynamics and provide feedback for internal organizational improvement. - Manage loss ratios effectively. Compliance & Hygiene: - Ensure compliance with external bodies and authorities. - Maintain internal compliance. - Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. Additionally, you will be responsible for other duties as per the KPI and growth factors.,
