Responsibilities include growing New Digital Marketing Business, Events and more. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss/ identify & come up with their creative advertising requirements. Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies. The position demands an entrepreneurial minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts. (We like increasing numbers). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the clients brief and budget. Presenting, along with agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification. Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients, writing client reports, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, undertaking administration tasks, arranging and attending meetings, making pitches, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Identify potential client segments & clients for deep selling/ up- selling. Updating quality records & reporting to a higher authority on a periodical basis. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Should have an open learning attitude. REQUIREMENTS: Dynamic, Enthusiastic. Should have strong Analytical Skills. Collaboration and teamwork are key to this role. Soft People Skills and Organized. hould have excellent communication skills & client interaction skills. Should have a good understanding level. Passionate about sales & Target Achievements.
