We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the warehousing and logistics domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL services, with proven expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries such as e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including digital outreach, referrals, and networking.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their warehousing and logistics needs.

3. Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote warehousing services including storage, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales campaigns and brand positioning.

4. Proposal & Contract Negotiation

  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

5. Industry Networking

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends.

6. Collaboration with Operations

  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate on warehouse space planning, technology integration, and logistics execution.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

7. Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership for business growth.
