Role Description

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, emails, and networking.
• Reach out to potential clients to present software and IT service offerings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to build relationships and support the sales process.
• Maintain the CRM system with accurate records of interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with senior team members on client meetings and strategic planning.
• Conduct basic market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
• Strong interest in IT, software, or technology sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.
• Prior internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not required).
