Role Description As a Business Development Executive , you will support the sales and marketing efforts by identifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and assisting in converting opportunities into deals. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in IT/software sales and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, emails, and networking. Reach out to potential clients to present software and IT service offerings. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. Follow up with prospects to build relationships and support the sales process. Maintain the CRM system with accurate records of interactions and progress. Collaborate with senior team members on client meetings and strategic planning. Conduct basic market research to identify new trends and opportunities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field. Strong interest in IT, software, or technology sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven. Prior internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus (not required).
