Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with 8+ years of experience working as Business Manager - Enterprise Customer - to join our team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within named enterprise accounts. Focus on promoting and selling IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services and IPA solutions. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years focused on Staff Augmentation and Managed Services, and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure and software services landscape.

• Knowledge of IPA solutions and experience in product selling is an added advantage.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
