The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Lead should have:

  1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales/BD in CROs/pharmaceutical service organizations.
  2. Proven track record of driving new business.
  3. Executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.
  4. Depth in clinical trial logistics, distribution, and packaging solutions.
