Role Overview As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier. Your first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, and help shape early PMF. Over time, you’ll take on other strategic projects spanning fundraising, partnerships, and new product bets. Role Overview As the Web3 Sales Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving adoption of our stablecoin payouts product among web3-native teams. You will own the entire sales motion for the web3 business vertical — from building and managing the pipeline, to running outreach and closing deals, to scaling customers from first transaction to millions in monthly volume. This is a quota-carrying role with direct accountability for revenue growth. You’ll need to be web3-native, plugged into relevant communities, and comfortable navigating both technical conversations and commercial negotiations. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle for the web3 business vertical, focusing on web3-native teams with stablecoin payout needs Build and manage a repeatable pipeline: set up internal outreach processes, qualify leads, and run structured sales funnels Lead and manage internal contributors, external agencies, and outreach partners Build strong relationships with chains, regional crypto hubs, and ecosystem players to unlock distribution channels Work closely with product and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions and integrations Who You Are 4–7 years in sales, business development, or GTM roles — ideally in payments, fintech, or crypto Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment web3-native: active in crypto communities, understands how DAOs, DeFi protocols, wallets, and treasuries operate Strong mix of commercial acumen and technical comfort (able to discuss APIs/integrations with partners) Entrepreneurial, process-driven, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution

Role Overview We are looking for an Engineering Lead/Manager to own engineering for the entire stablecoin initiative — spanning both the application and infrastructure layers. You’ll lead a small engineering team while staying hands-on — shipping polished SMB-facing experiences on the frontend and building backend systems that scale securely and reliably. A big part of the role will be designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies, many of which lack mature APIs or documentation. You will lead technical discussions, define architecture, and ensure our systems remain robust on top of fragmented provider infrastructure.
