Business Development Leader L&D Solutions

As a seasoned sales leader in the corporate training space, your role will involve acquiring and managing high-value client relationships. You should be well-networked in the L&D and HR ecosystem, proficient in consultative selling, and capable of creating customized learning solutions for enterprise clients. This senior position offers high visibility, autonomy, and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for ILT, blended, and digital learning offerings. - Own and meet revenue targets. - Develop customized sales strategies for enterprise accounts and large learning projects. - Represent Skills Cafe at industry events and roundtables. - Collaborate with the solutioning and delivery teams to design client-specific proposals and learning journeys. - Build strong relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and senior HR leaders. Requirements: - 8+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate training, L&D, or HR tech. - Active network of CHROs, L&D Heads, or HR decision-makers. - Strong consultative selling skills with a history of high-value deal closures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to create tailored, solution-oriented proposals. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Background: - 10+ years of L&D sales experience, ideally from a training, e-learning, or consulting organization. - Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
