You will be responsible for driving business growth in the corporate training space by acquiring and managing high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate for this senior sales leadership role should already have a strong network within the L&D and HR ecosystem, possess expertise in consultative selling, and be capable of developing tailored learning solutions for enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise clients for ILT, blended, and digital learning offerings. You will be tasked with meeting revenue targets, creating customized sales strategies for enterprise accounts and large learning projects, and representing Skills Cafe at industry events and roundtables. Collaboration with solutioning and delivery teams to design client-specific proposals and learning journeys will also be crucial. Building strong relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and senior HR leaders to establish trust and partnership is another essential aspect of the role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 8 years of successful experience in B2B sales within the corporate training, L&D, or HR tech sector. An existing network of CHROs, L&D Heads, or HR decision-makers is necessary to hit the ground running. Strong consultative selling skills, effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential. Additionally, strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to create compelling, client-specific proposals are required. The role demands comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A preferred background includes over 10 years of experience in L&D sales, particularly from a training, e-learning, or consulting organization.
