Job Description

As a Business Development Lead, your role involves driving revenue growth in international markets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and contributing to enterprise-level deals. You should be a strong sales leader with a proven track record in IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy: - Lead, coach, and mentor the international sales team to achieve targets. - Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions, verticals, and service lines. - Define sales processes, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms. - Individual Contribution: - Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. - Achieve personal revenue and conversion targets in line with organizational goals. - Collaboration & Growth: - Work closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions for clients. - Represent the company at international events, conferences, and networking forums. - Monitor global IT/AI industry trends and suggest growth opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in international business development or sales for IT services, SaaS, or consulting firms. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. - Strong knowledge of enterprise IT services (Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation). - Exceptional leadership skills with prior experience managing a sales team. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Willingness to travel internationally when required. In addition, you will have exposure to North America, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Middle East markets. Preferred skills include an existing network of decision-makers in enterprise IT/technology domains, familiarity with consultative and solution-based selling approaches, and knowledge of global technology trends and emerging digital transformation practices.
