We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Interns who are eager to learn and grow. In this full-time, on-site internship, you ll work from our Pune office, gaining valuable experience in new business development, lead generation, and client relationship management. This is a perfect opportunity to dive into the world of business development and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing strategies for business development and lead generation.


• Help create and implement plans to acquire new clients and expand market reach.


• Support follow-ups and help build strong relationships with potential clients.


• Conduct market research and contribute to generating new business leads.


• Participate in the sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.


• Learn to identify market opportunities and support the team in business expansion.


• Attend expos, exhibitions, and events to represent AbhinavDCS and network.


• Develop and maintain industry contacts under the guidance of senior team members.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

What We re Looking For:

• Students pursuing BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields.


• Strong interest in business development, client relations, and market research.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead generation tools is a plus.


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.
