Job Description

Brand & Content Co-ordinator Lead

What We re Looking For

We re seeking a highly experienced Brand & Content Coordinator Lead to elevate our brand voice and drive high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, hands-on content creation skills, and proven experience in B2B brand storytelling, preferably within the tech or IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage brand communication across web, social media, email, and internal
touchpoints
Strategize and develop high-performing content calendars, messaging guidelines, and
brand tone consistency
Draft, edit, and review content including blogs, case studies, social campaigns,
newsletters, and web copy
Collaborate with design, sales, and HR to align content with business goals
Monitor performance of content and brand assets using analytics tools and report
insights
Contribute to employer branding, corporate decks, and client-facing brand material

Eligibility & Skills

3 5 years of experience in branding, content strategy, or digital marketing (preferably in
tech)
Strong command over English written and verbal
Portfolio of blog articles, social media campaigns, brand decks, or website content
Hands-on experience with content tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Grammarly,
WordPress)
Strong organizational skills, creativity, and stakeholder communication abilities

Salary / Stipend (Part-Time Range Based on Industry Standards)

Monthly Part-Time Compensation: 20,000 to 22,000/month (for 20 25 hours/week)
Work from Office mandatory candidate must report to the office whenever required.
