Role & responsibilities Business Development Internship Job Summary: Leverage Edu is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern to support our institutional outreach and student acquisition efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in building strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers while learning the fundamentals of B2B business development in the EdTech space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Institutional Outreach & Partnerships: Assist in identifying and reaching out to schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for potential collaborations. Support relationship-building efforts with principals, management, and key stakeholders. 2. Affiliate & Channel Support: Help develop and manage a network of affiliate partners such as coaching centers and education consultants. Participate in maintaining engagement and communication with partners. 3. Lead Generation & Student Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing seminars, webinars, and info sessions at educational institutions. Support efforts to drive qualified student leads and registrations for counselling sessions. 4. Events & Field Activities: Represent Leverage Edu at education fairs, partner events, and student-facing sessions. Assist in organizing co-branded activities and promotional events. 5. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain data in CRM systems and assist with tracking performance metrics. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and partner follow-ups. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred but not required). Strong interest in business development, education, and EdTech. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage time effectively. Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the assigned region.
