Roles & Responsibilities
1. Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Conduct phone calls and cold calls to potential clients.
3. Schedule and, if required, participate in client site visits to showcase offerings.
4. Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system.
5. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
6. Assist in preparing sales presentations and reports.
7. Learn and contribute to strategies for driving business in the ERP solutions domain.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Qualification is not a barrier. Anyone who loves to talk is welcome. However, pursuing or having recently completed a degree in any field will be an added advantage.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with good proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
3. Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
4. Basic understanding of ERP solutions is a plus.
5. Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
6. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
