Job Description

Job Designation: Business Development Intern              Roles and Responsibilities   Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with potential customers. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through direct/indirect customer engagement and proactive prospecting. Monitor and analyze pipeline performance regularly; optimize strategies to achieve defined business objectives. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular client interactions, ensuring timely feedback and engagement. Develop and execute lead engagement strategies and plans to improve conversion rates. Stay updated on all product/service offerings, understanding details and updates to effectively communicate value to clients. Ensure efficient lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, reduced Turn-Around-Time (TAT), and increased connectivity through multiple touchpoints. Prepare, update, and deliver tailored client proposals; negotiate terms to successfully close deals. Foster cross-functional collaboration with growth and marketing teams, sharing insights and feedback to enhance strategies. Compensation :Training Period -17k +10k Incentives (based on the performance) (3 MONTHS-Training period) CTC: 4 LPA TO 6 LPA (Target and Performance based)
