Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Intern / Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Support senior team members in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database of potential and existing clients.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, or in-person to understand their needs and promote the company’s services.
• Help create marketing content, proposals, and sales reports.
• Participate in training sessions to understand company offerings and market approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, MBA, or related field) – Freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 to 6 months (extendable or convertible to a full-time role based on performance)
• Stipend: As per company policy
• Work Mode: On-site (Indore office)
