Role Overview

Truck Booking App

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Supply Onboarding (The Foundation)

• Visit truck terminals, transport hubs, and parking bays across Pune.
• Engage with truck owners and drivers to explain the benefits of the app.
• Successfully onboard and register

  1,000 truckers

  onto the platform.

Phase 2: Demand Generation & Testing (The Launch)

• Identify and visit potential shippers (SMEs, local businesses, and industrial units).
• Demonstrate the app and facilitate live booking requests.
• Handhold clients through their first booking experience to ensure a smooth transition.

Phase 3: Market Feedback (The Insight)

• Conduct follow-ups with both truckers and shippers to gather honest feedback.
• Document technical hurdles, user experience issues, and suggestions for improvement.
• Report daily progress and market insights directly to the founding team.

Requirements

• Education:

  Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of

  BBA, BA, or B.Com

  .

• Language:

  Must be fluent in

  Marathi and Hindi

  (essential for communicating with truckers) and have a working knowledge of English.

• Mobility:

  Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (travel allowance will be provided).

• Traits:

  High level of perseverance, "street smarts," and the ability to handle rejections.

• Local Knowledge:

  Good understanding of Pune’s geography and industrial areas (Chakan, Bhosari, Hadapsar, etc.) is a plus.
