Job Description

As a Business Development team member at GladOwl, a leading Digital Marketing Agency in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving Inside and Outside Sales strategies for both the company and its clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving lead generation, prospecting, and conversion for GladOwl's products and services. - Identifying, developing, and optimizing new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams. - Conducting data-driven analysis to improve sales funnel efficiency, lead conversion, and overall business performance. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. - Acting as the key point of contact for client queries, service delivery, and relationship management. - Understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Conducting presentations, workshops, and client meetings to promote GladOwl's services. - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. - Regularly updating CRM with client interactions, pipeline, and follow-ups. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field. - 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. - Prior experience in Digital Marketing, EdTech, or Service-based industries will be an advantage. - Strong understanding of digital marketing processes (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email, Automation). - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing campaigns. - Strong knowledge of sales funnel, B2B sales cycles, and client engagement strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
