ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client handling and Business development for the Industrial Equipment and steel sector (SAIL, Vizag Steel plant, Bokaro steel plant).
• Providing solution for all the equipment's to existing clients of Principle and in parallel developing indents within several steel plants of India.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with Government clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities- Lead Generation.

Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

• Understand market requirement and preparing the plan according to the client needs.
• Presenting the plan with team & Implementing the suggestions in the plan.
• Handling Tenders and Proposals for various Domestic and Global projects.
• Marketing of other Industrial Equipment’s & machineries like Heat Treatment Furnace, Rolls for Rolling Mills, Valves, Presses in Indian Government & Private Steel Plants (JSPL, JSL, Ruchi Strips, CHW, Tata Steel- ISWP, BRG, Mahindra Sanyo, National Steel, JSW, SAIL, RKFL, etc.).
• Identified resources and requirements and coordinate with project team directly and indirectly to ensure successful completion of the projects.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills:Bachelors degree is required (B.Tech/ B.E). Experience 6+ Yrs.Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Experience in project management and/or sales.Knowledge of productivity tools and software.High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
