Responsibilities and Duties ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Client handling and Business development for the Industrial Equipment and steel sector (SAIL, Vizag Steel plant, Bokaro steel plant). Providing solution for all the equipment's to existing clients of Principle and in parallel developing indents within several steel plants of India. Maintain fruitful relationships with Government clients and address their needs effectively. Research and identify new market opportunities- Lead Generation. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. Understand market requirement and preparing the plan according to the client needs. Presenting the plan with team & Implementing the suggestions in the plan. Handling Tenders and Proposals for various Domestic and Global projects. Marketing of other Industrial Equipment’s & machineries like Heat Treatment Furnace, Rolls for Rolling Mills, Valves, Presses in Indian Government & Private Steel Plants (JSPL, JSL, Ruchi Strips, CHW, Tata Steel- ISWP, BRG, Mahindra Sanyo, National Steel, JSW, SAIL, RKFL, etc.). Identified resources and requirements and coordinate with project team directly and indirectly to ensure successful completion of the projects. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Skills: Bachelors degree is required (B.Tech/ B.E). Experience 6+ Yrs. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in project management and/or sales. Knowledge of productivity tools and software. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
