Business Development Head Responsibilities: We are looking for a Capable Leader for heading our Solar Business which comprises of setting up solar plants plus marketing of solar energy related other products and accessories. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors. Relationship management, Leadership and mentoring skills Strategic planning skills Knowledge of product and sector Financial and business acumen Effective organizational skills and Negotiation skills Familiarity with technology and platforms used in your field Research and analytical skills Interpersonal and customer-service skills Lead generation and management experience Education, experience and other Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field plus MBA - 6 -14 years sales or marketing experience - Experience in sales, marketing or related fields. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
