Job Description

  • Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, Coordinate with purchase dept. for making purchase order in software
  • Tracking of conveyance, advance payment and coordinate with account dept.
  • Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information
  • Handling site engineer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using office software, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
