We don’t just draft documents—we walk with entrepreneurs through their most defining legal and strategic decisions. Our mission is to provide honest, founder-first legal advisory that scales with startups. As we grow, we’re looking for a BD & Branding Specialist to help us scale our reach, engage with high-quality clients, and build a brand that founders trust. Role Overview You’ll be at the intersection of business development, client relationship management, and brand strategy. Your goal: position our firm as the legal partner of choice for India’s next generation of startups. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and reach out to early-stage startups, accelerators, incubators, and VCs. Build and maintain a pipeline of warm leads and inbound interest. Represent the firm at startup events, webinars, and online forums. Pitch our services to potential clients and convert leads into paying engagements. Branding & Content Work with the digital team to shape and execute a content strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog). Oversee the creation of founder-focused resources (checklists, case studies, newsletters). Maintain consistency in visual + written branding across channels. Suggest and launch campaigns around themes like ESOPs, fundraise legal, founder mistakes, etc. Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement Forge strategic alliances with co-working spaces, founder communities, and accelerators. Co-create workshops, legal Q&As, and founder advisory sessions with partners. You’ll Thrive If You Are: A storyteller: You can turn legal complexity into founder-friendly content. Startup-savvy: You understand the energy, chaos, and opportunity in the startup ecosystem. Qualifications 2–4 years experience in business development, marketing, brand communications, or client engagement. Experience in a law firm, legal-tech, startup, or B2B services company is a strong plus. Excellent written and spoken English. Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace.
