Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue and expand our market presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector through comprehensive market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, and actively pursue them to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, assess competition, and uncover potential business growth opportunities. Present and promote our managed workspace solutions effectively to potential clients, ensuring clarity on the value proposition. Negotiate lease agreements and secure suitable spaces for clients by interacting with landlords, building managers, and property owners. Visit sites to assess suitability, conduct space inventory, and gather client needs information. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and industry partners. Understand client needs and provide customized workspace solutions to meet specific business objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams(marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly.
