Zoapi is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to spearhead sales initiatives in Tamil Nadu, with the role based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven and results-oriented professional with a strong sales background. This role involves extensive fieldwork, including engaging with potential customers, partners, and consultants to promote Zoapi's range of products and solutions. Key responsibilities encompass conducting product demonstrations, recognizing customer requirements, establishing a robust channel network within the audio-visual sector, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet sales objectives. The candidate will play a pivotal part in broadening Zoapi's footprint in the region through direct interactions and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers, partners, and showcase Zoapi products and solutions. - Manage existing sales pipeline and leads. - Reach out to customers for renewals and new opportunities. - Implement the sales strategy by selling hardware, software, and AMCs to clients. - Enhance Zoapi's visibility in the audio-visual Channel. - Drive lead generation and prospecting activities. - Achieve personal sales targets. - Provide quotes aligned with relevant pricing and commercial terms. - Travel to meet customers, system integrators, attend tradeshows, and corporate meetings. - Effectively address and resolve customer objections. - Identify and cultivate relationships with other OEMs. - Interface with sales management by offering regular forecasts, reports, and feedback on marketing and products/services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a college/university. - Minimum 1-5 years of field sales experience in Audio-Visual products. - Proficient in communication with customers, distributors, partners, and consultants. - Demonstrated ability in product demonstrations with technical products. - Self-motivated with a proven history of successful sales generation. - Exhibits strong sales discipline. - Capable of managing multiple tasks, assignments, and responsibilities effectively. - Goal-oriented, with a drive for exceeding targets. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience collaborating with an AV Partner/Distributor/OEM. - Background in Sales/Technical roles with Video Conferencing Products. - Sound understanding of our products, industry competitors, and market positioning.,
