You will be responsible for lead generation, identifying and developing new clientele, developing and maintaining relationship with potential clients, and promote company’s business. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Roles And Responsibilities Generating leads and communicating with potential clients through various avenues such associal media, databases, online research, networking, etc. Preparing sales pitches, presentations, emails, social media posts, etc. and converting/closing the generated and company provided leads. Cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with the new clients. Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions. Having a good understanding of company’s products and services and aligning them with client needs. Collating and maintaining the client information, customer interactions and transactions,details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests. Achieving the designated target and lead generation and conversions. Required Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English). Familiarity with the use of social media platforms. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the basic computer usage and CRM. Ability to converse with and manage overseas clients. Ability to multitask.
