Roles And Responsibilities

• Generating leads and communicating with potential clients through various avenues such associal media, databases, online research, networking, etc.
• Preparing sales pitches, presentations, emails, social media posts, etc. and converting/closing the generated and company provided leads.
• Cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with the new clients.
• Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions.
• Having a good understanding of company’s products and services and aligning them with client needs.
• Collating and maintaining the client information, customer interactions and transactions,details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.
• Achieving the designated target and lead generation and conversions.
