ZIT is looking out for Business Development Executive, who will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the market. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about inside sales, are self-driven. We are looking for Software sales candidates with a sense of urgency, high energy levels, a positive & winning attitude, and an outstanding capacity to understand customer problems & position the product/service as a solution.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.

2. Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn, India Mart, Cold calling & Cold emailing and bidding portals)

3. Relationship management with existing and potential clients.

4. Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients

5. Understanding of company's sales processes.

6. Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.

7. Networking to gain potential leads.

8. Make cold calls for new business leads.

9. Support in writing new business proposals.

10.Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

11. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

12. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Required Skills

Must have knowledge of Digital Marketing, web and mobile applications development practices.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.

Must have deep understanding of marketing principles.

Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
