Business Development Executive (work from home )ONLY FEMALE WANTED in Mumbai

Key responsibilities :

• Lead generation and management:

   

Identify potential business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach (calls, emails). Qualify leads by understanding their needs for recruitment support

• Client relationship management:

   

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. 

• Sales process management:

   

Develop and present compelling sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to the client's needs. 

• Negotiation and closing:

   

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome. Assist Seniors in Closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets

• Performance and reporting:

   

Track sales metrics and report on performance to management. 

• Collaboration:

   

Work with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery. 

Criteria of candidate :

Any graduate candidate + good communication skills with good sales flair

WFH option + need to have own wifi & laptop

Should have 6 months experience into Telesales/ Tele marketing/ Outbound calls

Hands on experience required to work on Linkedin

Salary Range 12 to 15k per month + Incentives
