Job Description

Interior Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in and inbound clients to understand their interior requirements.
  • Present customized interior design solutions and product offerings.
  • Drive end-to-end sales closures while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a structured and time-bound manner.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 13 years of proven experience in interior sales or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in handling high-ticket sales and design discussions.
  • Target-driven with the ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with interior design products, trends, and market practices is a plus.
