Business Development Executive

1. Sales Support & Business Development • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities in ultrasonic machinery and related industries (Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Medical, Aerospace). • Support preparation and submission of RFQs, RFPs, and technical-commercial offers. • Help in tracking customer inquiries and following up for business opportunities.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building • Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide product information. • Support visits to client sites, including PDI visits, to understand customer needs and project requirements. • Assist in coordinating with customers for order processing, project updates, and payments.

3. Coordination & Collaboration • Work closely with the sales team, accounts team, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support product launches and promotions.

4. Sales Documentation & Reporting • Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales activities. • Support preparation of sales reports and assist in tracking sales performance. • Help gather market insights and competitor information to support business strategy

5. Industry Representation • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required. • Support networking and business promotion activities for WaveUltra products.

Qualifications & Skills: • MBA with or without Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. • Strong communication skills in English. • Eager to learn and develop a career in sales and business development. • Good understanding of technical products or machinery is a plus. • Willingness to travel as required for client visits and events. • Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset
