Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn and grow. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels like online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s services.
Sales Pitch: Present and promote our services effectively to potential clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Reporting: Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
