We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive admissions, build partnerships, and support the growth of our foreign-language training programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and passionate about helping students build global careers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, social media, events, and referrals.
Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course benefits clearly.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities (schools, colleges, companies).
Track daily leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with trainers and admin teams for smooth batch planning.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Represent the institute in seminars, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in English (any additional language is a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
Qualifications
Any degree
0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development.
