DigiLantern is a Technology company specializing in Application development, AI, and SalesForce Solutions, offering Digital transformation solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients across various industries in North America. As part of our expansion efforts in the US markets, we are looking for a Lead Generation & Proposal Specialist with expertise in online bidding platforms. As the Lead Generation & Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the bidding cycle on platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Fiverr, with a primary focus on US-based clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing opportunities, crafting tailored proposals for projects in web/mobile development, CRM, and AI, and ensuring the alignment of proposals with project scope and timelines through collaboration with technical teams. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in lead generation and proposal writing on Upwork, a solid understanding of IT services, proficiency in written English, and the ability to leverage AI tools for research and writing optimization. Your proactive approach, ability to work independently, and exposure to Guru and Fiverr will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to continuously optimize bidding strategies based on performance metrics. Keeping abreast of industry trends, client behavior, and platform algorithms will be essential to drive business growth through strategic online engagement. The work schedule for this position includes working from Sector 3, Noida, Monday to Friday, with total working hours of 8.5 hours/day. On-site hours are from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, while remote work starts from 8:00 PM onwards. Candidates with experience in selling AI solutions, web-based and mobile applications, and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, will be highly preferred. Closing enterprise-level deals in the US market is a key requirement for this role.
