Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor plays a critical role in driving student admissions, achieving revenue targets, and supporting learners and parents throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs
  • Achieve individual admission and revenue targets
  • Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate course
  • Close admissions and meet quarterly sales quotas
  • Provide one-on-one support to students during course selection and application processes
  • Assist students in completing documentation and meeting application deadlines
  • Share detailed information about admission requirements, enrollment processes, and procedures
  • Coordinate and manage applications and communication with students and parents
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong ability to empathize with students and parents and build long-term relationships
  • High motivation to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • Proven experience in converting leads into enrollments
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
