Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to start a career in sales and business development in the IT and digital services industry. You will be trained in client acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship management across services including digital marketing, website and mobile app development, and ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to identify and approach potential clients and target markets.
• Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and networking.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and support deal closures.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide support in client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in digital solutions and technology sales.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in English (preferred).
