Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in various industries by cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, nurture existing accounts, and convert prospects into clients.Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met efficiently.Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our recruitment services and value proposition.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring both client and company objectives are met.Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and the delivery of high-quality candidates.Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular reports to management on performance and progress toward targets.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client needs in the staffing industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.A strong network within the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
