About the Role: We're hiring a Business Development Executive to help us grow The Whizbang! —a content agency that creates impactful content for some of India’s most exciting brands. We're looking for someone who understands the content and influencer marketing space and who’s confident in taking our services to the right clients. If you're someone who knows how the content industry works, can pitch ideas effectively, and thrives on building strong client relationships, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients across D2C, FMCG, fintech, and other sectors Understand client needs and pitch our services accordingly (UGC, influencer marketing, branded content, social media content, etc.) Create and present proposals with a clear understanding of project scopes and deliverables Build strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication Collaborate with internal teams to align pitches and capabilities Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain client records What We’re Looking For: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in sales or business development in the content, advertising, or influencer marketing industry Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organised A good understanding of content formats, platforms, and trends Why Join Us?
