Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our financial products and services.
• Clearly explain offerings, answer queries, and generate interest over the phone.
• Accurately enter and update customer data in databases and CRM systems.
• Verify and correct data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify client requirements and resolve issues.
• Generate basic reports to assist in decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
