Job Summary:

XoIPTel India Pvt Ltd (agency in India for XoIP Tel & XpertWater) is seeking a motivated and committed business development executive to join our new team in India. In this role, you will be making outbound calls in North America (Canada & the US) to generate appointments from cold calling. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls professionally and promptly.
  • Record details (daily) of potential client interactions on CRM software (Salesforce). 
  • Follow communication guidelines and procedures.
  • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., number of appointments booked weekly).
  • Maintain confidentiality of prospective client information.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and process changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English is MANDATORY (must be able to understand and communicate in Canadian/American English).
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Prior experience in telecom sales (1 year) is MANDATORY.
  • Ability to listen actively and make notes in Salesforce.
  • Making calls with VoIP soft phone.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in night shift (expect to work till 6:30 am IST while working PST time zone).
  • 5 days working (shift timing aligned to Canada/USA time zones).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word is MANDATORY).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Prior experience in telecom sales is MANDATORY.
