Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote) Location: Remote (Proper & seamless Internet connection is mandatory) Job Type: Full Time Reporting To: Director, India Operations Job Summary: XoIPTel Pvt Ltd (agency in India for XoIP Tel & XpertWater) seeking a motivated and committed business development executive to join our new team in India. In this role, you will be making outbound calls in North America (Canada & the US) to generate appointments from cold calling. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: • Handle outbound calls professionally and promptly. • Record details of potential client interactions on CRM software (Salesforce). • Follow communication guidelines and procedures. • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., number of appointments booked weekly) • Maintain confidentiality of prospective client information. • Keep up to date with product knowledge and process changes. Required Skills and Qualifications:- • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. (must be able to understand and communicate in American/Canadian English) • Bachelors degree in any stream. • Experience in a marketing / sales role is preferred but NOT MANDATORY. • Ability to listen actively and make notes in Salesforce. • Making calls with VoIP soft phone. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. • Willingness to work in night shift, 5 days working. (IST 6:30 pm to 2:30 am / IS 7.30 pm to 3.30 am) . Proficient in using MS office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word is must) Preferred Attributes: • Positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Team player with a focus on continuous improvement. • Prior experience in sales / marketing role is a plus but NOT MANDATORY.
