Management SystemsPosition: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: AhmedabadReports To: DirectorIndustry: Intelligent Traffic Management Systems, Smart Mobility SolutionsJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead businessengagement with city authorities, road infrastructure companies, and transportdepartments for projects related to Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS). Theideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with keystakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our cutting-edge trafficsolutions to government agencies and infrastructure firms.Key Responsibilities:1. Liaison & Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, citytraffic police, road authorities, and government transport agencies. Engage with road infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, and urbanplanning consultants to promote our ITMS solutions. Identify tender opportunities and liaise with procurement departments forparticipation in public and private sector projects.2. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, andbusiness opportunities in the smart mobility and traffic management sector. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with the latestindustry requirements. Develop and execute targeted marketing reach with key decision-makers ingovernment and infrastructure sectors.3. Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, project presentations, and marketingcollateral tailored to potential clients and government authorities.
Deliver product demonstrations and pitch meetings to showcase the benefits of our
ITMS solutions. Assist in drafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions ofInterest (EOIs).Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, TrafficEngineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, business development, or sales in the trafficmanagement, road infrastructure, or smart city solutions sector. Skills Competencies Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and contractnegotiations. Knowledge of intelligent traffic systems, traffic surveillance, adaptive trafficcontrol, and ITS technologies is an advantage.
