Job Title: Business Development Executive (US Market) Location: Mohali (Hybrid/Remote) Experience: 25 Years Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night) About Us: TechRBM is a fast-growing IT services and consulting firm delivering innovative technology solutions and staffing services. We are expanding our presence in the US market and seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow revenue across North America. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the US market for IT services, consulting, and staffing solutions. Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. Schedule meetings, conduct discovery calls, and deliver client presentations. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and track sales pipeline in CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices. Key Requirements: Proven experience (25 years) in business development or sales, preferably for US IT staffing/services. Strong understanding of US IT landscape and client expectations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools. Willingness to work in EST/PST time zones. Preferred: Experience working with MSPs, VMS, or direct clients in the US market. Prior experience in selling managed IT services, cloud, software development, or digital transformation.
