About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Market Research & Reporting

• Track and monitor

  daily campaigns, brand activities, partnerships, product launches, creator collaborations, and trends

  in the Tech, Gaming, and AI space.
• Prepare a

  daily/weekly report

  summarizing the most important developments.
• Identify patterns, upcoming opportunities, competitor activities, and actionable insights.

2. Decision-Maker & Agency Mapping

• Identify

  who is taking decisions

  for each campaign (brand managers, marketing leads, category heads, PR teams, agency leads, etc.).
• Understand

  which agencies or production companies

  are executing or managing these campaigns.
• Build and maintain an internal database of

  brands, contacts, and agencies

  relevant to Tech, Gaming & AI.

3. Outreach & Lead Generation

• Reach out to relevant decision makers and agencies via

  email, LinkedIn, calls, and introductions

  .
• Pitch EGI’s capabilities and services to get

  meetings with the right stakeholders

  .
• Maintain a regular pipeline of qualified leads.

4. Business Development

• Convert insights from research into

  real business opportunities

  .
• Schedule meetings, pitch presentations, and ensure follow-ups.
• Work closely with the founder to identify high-value opportunities and build relationships with key industry players.

5. Internal Collaboration

• Work with the creative and operations teams to understand deliverables that can be pitched externally.
• Keep internal teams updated on new opportunities, upcoming campaigns, and category-wise industry movements.
