About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Pitch portal services to HR managers, and companies looking to hire.
Onboard employers and guide them through job posting, candidate search, and premium features.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing support and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to improve product offerings based on client feedback.
Represent the brand at industry events, job fairs, or webinars when required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes (preferred).
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
