Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  
• Pitch portal services to HR managers, and companies looking to hire.
  
• Onboard employers and guide them through job posting, candidate search, and premium features.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing support and regular follow-ups.
  
• Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to improve product offerings based on client feedback.
  
• Represent the brand at industry events, job fairs, or webinars when required.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes (preferred).
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
