Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth.Contribute to building long-term business strategies and strengthen market positioning.Develop business plans, identify new market segments, and explore untapped.Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.Build and manage strong client relationships.Develop new clients and maintain existing accounts.Identify client needs and provide suitable consulting solutions.Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations.Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Skills Required:
Prior experience in Business Development / Sales (consulting or staffing Mandatory).Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Strong networking ability and result-oriented mindset.Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
