  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and handling objections confidently.

    and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online channels, and referrals.
  • Present the franchise opportunity to potential partners with clarity and persuasion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
  • Provide accurate reports and forecasts to management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
