Role & responsibilities Identify and approach new customers to generate sales. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products. Prepare and send quotations, follow up on orders and payments. Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for timely delivery and billing. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and customer interactions. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings if needed. Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
