Company Description INGSOL is Hiring: Senior Executive - Business Development (Solar) We're on the lookout for a Senior Executive - Business Development with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the solar industry, who can: 🔹 Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the solar rooftop and open-access segments 🔹 Build meaningful client relationships, especially with corporate and industrial clients 🔹 Develop customized proposals and close high-value solar deals 🔹 Collaborate with technical teams to drive project execution 🔹 Stay ahead on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes Who should apply? ✅ Electrical Engineers with 2–3 years of BD experience. ✅ Preferably with solar sector exposure. ✅ Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. ✅ Driven, self-motivated professionals who love working on impactful projects.
